Account and profile information: name, username, email address, password credentials, date of birth or age range, profile photo, bio, sizes, style preferences, social connections, and account settings.
Photos, videos, and closet content: outfit photos, item photos, marketplace photos, digital closet entries, tags, categories, brands, sizes, colors, notes, and metadata generated from those materials.
AI and visualization data: information derived from AI outfit analysis, virtual try-on, 3D avatar generation, style scores, recommendations, wardrobe matches, and marketplace matches.
Location and weather information: approximate location, city, ZIP code, or device permission data used to provide weather-aware styling suggestions. You can adjust location permissions through your device or browser settings.
Marketplace and purchase history: listings, storefront settings, orders, saved items, offers, messages related to transactions, shipping details, payment status, refunds, disputes, and transaction history. Payment processors may collect card or payment details directly; FitCheck does not intend to store full payment card numbers.
Social and communication data: posts, comments, reactions, follows, 24-hour Fit Checks, group chat messages, direct messages, reports, feedback, and communications with support.
Device, usage, and cookie data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, app version, referring pages, log data, pages viewed, feature usage, diagnostics, and cookies or similar technologies.
2. How We Use Information
We use information to operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Service; create and manage accounts; provide AI outfit analysis and recommendations; power digital closet organization; enable virtual try-on and 3D avatar features; personalize feeds, marketplace results, and styling suggestions; facilitate purchases, sales, shipping, refunds, and marketplace support; provide weather-aware styling; respond to support requests; send transactional and product communications; test and develop new features; prevent fraud, abuse, and security incidents; and comply with legal obligations.
3. How We Share Information
With other users: your public profile, posts, fit checks, comments, likes, marketplace listings, storefront content, and other public activity may be visible to other users. Group chat and direct message content is shared with the intended recipients.
With service providers: we may share information with vendors that support hosting, data storage, AI processing, image processing, payments, shipping, analytics, customer support, security, email delivery, and other business functions.
For marketplace transactions: we may share information between buyers, sellers, payment processors, shipping providers, and support vendors as needed to complete transactions, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and comply with law.
For legal, safety, and business reasons: we may disclose information if required by law, legal process, or government request; to protect the rights, safety, and property of FitCheck, users, or others; or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets.
We do not sell personal information to third-party advertisers. If our practices change, we will update this Policy and provide choices required by applicable law.

Our website may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to keep you signed in, remember preferences, understand site performance, measure marketing effectiveness, prevent fraud, and improve the Service. We retain information for as long as needed to provide the Service, maintain your account, support marketplace transactions, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, prevent fraud, and improve our products. Some content, such as 24-hour Fit Checks, may disappear from public view after 24 hours, but backup copies, moderation records, or logs may remain for a limited period.
6. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on where you live, including certain US states such as California, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, and Virginia, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; opt out of certain processing; limit use of sensitive information; or appeal a privacy decision. We are building infrastructure to support potential future GDPR and UK GDPR compliance for users in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland. If you are located in those regions, contact us to exercise applicable rights and we will respond in line with applicable law as our launch footprint expands.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
8. Children
FitCheck is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
9. International Use
FitCheck Lifestyle is based in the United States. If you access the Service from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate.
